Key attributes include revenues from Acer’s gaming line grew by 61% YoY in July, and by 98% YoY year-to-July. Acer’s Chromebooks continued their growth momentum with double-digit revenue growth. Across all three regions Acer delivered solid results, notably in the US, Russia, and South East Asia.
The latest worldwide PC shipment data released by IDC, which ranked Acer at No. 4 in Q2 2018 as a continuation from Q1, illustrates its firm foothold and momentum in the market.
